RETURNS POLICY

At Lemon Tree Design, we aspire to provide exceptional garments that make our customers happy; however, in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following returns policy conditions, on any full price goods that are returned to us within 7 days of arrival of goods.

Exclusions: 

It is important to note, there are NO returns or exchanges on any ‘on-sale’ items, so please choose carefully! 


RETURNS

Items must be returned within 7 days from the arrival of the goods.
Items must be unworn and unwashed.
Items must have all tags attached.

The items must be unused and returned in the same condition you received them, along with your proof of purchase. You are responsible for the cost of returning any items to us, unless faulty. 

We will do everything possible to remedy faulty items or exchange sizes to ensure a hassle-free exchange. Please allow up to 10 days to arrange a suitable remedy for repair and exchange. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit. However, we are happy to work with you to resolve any issues that may arise.

Every parcel dispatched contains a Returns Form. It is important to us to understand the reasons for your returns. Please complete and pack your items.  Or email us - hello@lemontreedesign.co.nz  if you would like to discuss in more detail.


How can I return an item?

Re-pack the item in its original bag, with labels and tags still attached.
Return the package by Courier or tracked post – Please do not post through the post box without a tracking Number.

The return address is as follows:

Once the return has been received into our warehouse and the above conditions are satisfied, we will apply the following, depending on what we agree:

SIZE EXCHANGE: Where stock is available, we will send an alternative size as an exchange with free shipping - one time return per order, and Rural delivery returns are subject to our discretion.

Please take note of our size guides provided on the product page of the style you have chosen; these are the measurements of the individual style to make sure you are purchasing your correct size. This is found on our website for your convenience. 

CREDIT: Should a suitable size not be available, we will issue you a  Gift Card for the full price paid, excluding freight, valid for twelve months from the date of original purchase


CHANGE OF MIND 

We appreciate that sometimes when you receive your items, you have simply changed your mind. We are happy to accommodate an exchange for an alternative item and will arrange delivery promptly.

However, we do not refund for ‘change of mind’ purchases. We will happily issue you a Gift Card for the full price paid, excluding freight, valid for three years from the date of original purchase. 

Return times as per the above return instructions.  


FAULTY ITEMS

Quality is important to us; we endeavor to check all items before they leave us at Lemon Tree Design. However, in the rare case that your item is faulty, please contact us by email at hello@lemontreedesign.co.nz as soon as you are aware of any problems. We will then do our very best to reach a suitable remedy and/or replace the item for you promptly. 

We will only refund if a repair is unsatisfactory for either party, the item is no longer available for a replacement, or you do not wish to have an alternative item.  

Refund - We will refund the price you paid for the faulty item via the original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation of refund via email. Please note it may take a few business days due to payment provider processing times.
